Definitely lives up (and maybe exceeds) expectations from the photos. The townhome is quiet spacious with plenty of room for a family or group of friends to spread out and be comfortable. We loved watching the birds, ducks, and cranes in the lake, and even had ducks come up to the porch! I spent many years in Brownsville & I felt like I was somewhere else. Whether you’re staying for work or for pleasure, this place will make you feel like you’re on a vacation. The location was perfect for our needs & the floor plan makes great sense if you dont mind stairs. They were not steep and the upstairs living room made for a nice alternative for watching tv. The road was a busy street but more than normal due to a parade nearby so folks were using this street as an alternative route. I slept in the front bedroom n there was no outside noise. In the mornings, we saw lots of birds & pelicans. It was very peaceful little sanctuary.The one odd finding was the water pressure. It was very low but not that big of a deal just a bit of a surprise. I was still able to shower. Id definitely stay here again. ##### Lauran G.
