"Friendly staff, efficient service. However, the cleanliness was not up to my standards. Surface level was ok : linens were clean, sink wped down. But other surfaces in the bathroom were dirty (walls, door), and grime was accumulated by the base boards. Granted, the declining state of the hardware doesn't help to project a clean image. I fully understand this is not a five-star luxury hotel. I get that the linens or furniture might not be top quality... but a good wipedown of the bathroom with bleach goes a long way towards a much better image for your property!"

"Petit déjeuner très bien. Le stationnement est bien pour ceux qui arrivent tôt avant 6h00 pm car sinon après c'est le stationnement de gravier qui est assez ordinaire. Mais pour le tout c'est très bien. Restaurents dans la cour voisine. Bien satisfaite. 😉"

"Nous avons passé un très beau week-end dans ce chalet. L’endroit est magnifique, moderne et très propre. Il est également bien équipé et les lits sont confortables, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le système de son, qui est un beau plus, ainsi que la grande quantité de serviettes à disposition.Un petit point d’amélioration serait d’avoir du shampoing et du revitalisant fournis sur place, ce qui aurait été apprécié.Le café n’était pas inclus, mais cela avait été clairement mentionné à l’avance, donc rien à redire de ce côté.La communication avec l’hôte a toutefois été un peu confuse, notamment concernant le BBQ. On nous avait indiqué qu’il était prêt à être utilisé, mais nous ne le trouvions pas sur place. Après vérification, on nous a finalement informés qu’il n’y en avait pas à l’extérieur, alors que nous avions déjà acheté de la nourriture en conséquence.Finalement, le Wi-Fi était instable et se déconnectait assez souvent.Malgré ces petits inconvénients, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit.Merci beaucoup "

"Firstly, we thought the chalet was beautiful, with a great design in a great forest setting. The chalet was well equipped although some items are quite worn and require replacement. Upon arrival there was garbage in the driveway, hot tub was cloudy and not usable for duration of stay. Deck was dirty with cigarette butts around BBQ. We had a power outage for a few hours last night of stay. There were no candles or matches or flashlights and this created a safety issue. The pilot light in the fireplace was out and there were no instructions provided on relighting. The contact sent a video, but it was very difficult to remove the screen in order to get at the controls. Finally, we would give this property a 5 out of 5 if everything was in proper operation. "

"J’ai toute aimer sauf deux choses . Les Photos de la salle de bain je n’avais pas la même. J’avais un bain douche et sur la photo c’était une douche vitrée. Aussi le chauffage fait un bruit fou à 5:00 du matin !! Ns sommes réveillés en sursaut. Sinon tout est beau "
