"Beautiful hotel, great staff but my room at the Coral side was extremely horrible! The sofa & mattress was stained, the entire room smelled so bad like undried mattress & chair cushions, even after several cleaning and spraying out the room, this basically ruined my trip!"

"Daily housekeeping and location is the only good part of my stay. There was a huge dead roach in the bedroom and the apartment left a lot to be desired. Furniture were broken, the bedroom was the only air conditioned place in the whole apartment. There’s a lot more I could say but I’d rather not. ..."
