Onsite parking for boat & trailer. Full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room and laundry facilities. Tampa International is 52 miles and Orlando International 93 miles. The perfect location to explore the Nature Coast. The space New construction, very efficient, solar powered, one bedroom, one bath home. Central air and heat with City of Brooksville water, sewer and garbage collection. The bedroom has a queen size bed complete with linens, blankets and pillows. \*A queen-size blow-up bed is also available, complete with sheets, comforter and pillows. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the lawn area around the Garden Cottage. There is an outside table and chairs under the shade of a magnolia tree for your afternoon picnic or to enjoy your morning coffee. Private residence areas are marked. Other things to note We are situated in a neighborhood that has many historic homes that date back to the 1800's.
