"Putting a rope to force people into a line just to get breakfast is completely ridiculous. It creates a long and unnecessary wait because people are still deciding what they want to eat while standing there. This is simply bad management and poor planning. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen such a poorly organized breakfast setup. It honestly feels like you are trying to discourage guests from eating there. This is frustrating, inconvenient, and extremely unprofessional. You should be ashamed to treat your guests this way."

"The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the front desk but who knows if it will be resolved and what else may have been overlooked? "

"The location of the home was just not somewhere my family felt comfortable staying. We had hoped to make an extra trip to Mobile to check it out before our vacation, but just did not have time. The home was clean and the lay out was appropriate for the 7 of us traveling. I recommend you do good research on the location before booking this home to make sure you would feel safe here to keep you from losing the entire cost of the stay. The contract clearly stated if we did not cancel prior to arrival there would be no refund. "

"House was comfortable but couldn't use the kitchen like we wanted not enough cooking pans, a lot of the dishes that were there were dirty and had to be rewashed ,check in process was rough. "
