The beds were comfortable and so was the house. It was perfect for our short stay.

Dirty socks from prior guests under bedside table. Whole property has landscaping that is completely overgrown and scratched our vehicle when trying to use the driveway on the side. Front yard is INFESTED with daddy long leg spiders. You can literally watch the grass move. Inside is also infested with “house” spiders. While having family over 10 baby spiders came out of one of the couches and crawled down his arm. Another spider crawled out from the dining room chair. And multiple other times we saw spiders crawl out from behind picture frames. Also the door leading from the room with the extra bed and washer/dryer had screws exposed due to the hinge being broken. We did have a small issue with the trash which the property management solved very quickly and made a big impact but overall, would not stay there again. If the property was properly maintained with landscaping, pest control, and simple repairs, this would definitely be a nice spot to be in Brookings.
