"Great communication from the host. They were very responsive and flexible. The house wasn’t as clean as we expected - specifically there were bugs in the kitchen - alive and dead. The furniture in the family room was ok but saggy. Same for the dining room chairs. The basement was a little musty. Everywhere else was as described in the listing. Compared to other properties available in the area, this was a good deal given the number of beds. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay during my son‘s wedding in Roswell, Georgia. Our only hiccup was that our code for the dropbox key was sent to the wrong email. However, the owner was very responsive, and we had our problem resolved within an hour or so I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Roswell and enjoying the charm and beauty of downtown."
