After hours on the boat, we came home to this cool home with unique design and spacious rooms, each with dedicated ac units. On the 4th of July this was perfect. One night we cooked out on the patio and enjoyed the evening with family. What a great place. ##### Luis M. While the house was in "good shape" and we had a good time, we had a few issues. Upon arrival, my son stepped on a nail in the front yard. Upon entry into the house, we found worms, both dead and alive, all over the place as well as a few dead roaches, my son found an old slice of cheese stuck to the top corner of the bunk bed and the living area stayed uncomfortably hot. Luckily, we made the most of it and still had a good time, but only due to the fact that we rented a boat and spent the day on the water, not because of the stay at the house itself. I would recommend taking a peek at your property before guests arrive, however I will not recommend your house to family and friends, unfortunately. ##### Pedro V. Place was absolutely perfect for myself and 3 buddies on a fishing vacation. Mariela was great to deal with.... she was on top of everything making sure all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. Spent 4 days at this "little piece of heaven". Everything went smoothly, as the owner Mariel made sure everything was perfect. The host stayed in contact all the way throughout the stay to make sure everything was going good. If your a fisherman......this is the place to stay. The garage is long enough to hold your truck and boat without disconnecting. The inside was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. Everything is within 5 min of this house.
