We want every guest to feel comfortable and know what to expect.



🚗 Parking & Arrival: Free on-site parking and convenient self-check-in through a private entrance with an electronic smart lock keypad. Check-in instructions are provided through the guest portal.

👤 Occupancy: The cabin accommodates a maximum of 17 guests.

🚭 Smoking & Pets: Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

📝 Booking Requirements: Guests complete the required verification process through SuiteOp, including a valid ID, signed renter agreement, and security deposit/damage waiver.

📹 Security: Two exterior cameras monitor the front entrance/driveway and rear cabin entrance. They are active 24/7 with motion-activated video and audio recording. There are no indoor cameras.

🔥 Seasonal Fireplaces: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months, May 1–September 30.

🌿 Natural Surroundings: The cabin is located in a rural wooded area, so insects and wildlife may occasionally be present despite regular pest control and outdoor animal-deterrent measures.
