The whole cabin was clean, so we were happy with that. Front/back patios were great, bed was very comfortable. No problems working the hot tub/jacuzzi. Kitchen was stocked, but pans need replaced. Itโs smaller than the pictures look too, but not a problem for 2 people. Pictures also donโt show how insanely steep the driveway is, just so everyone is aware. Youโll probably bottom out in a sedan, because I scraped the bottom of my SUV coming in the first time. We also were pretty disappointed by the check-in process. In the days leading up to arrival, we had not gotten our check-in information and door code. I messaged the host twice over the course of 3 days and did not get a reply. I thought maybe theyโll send it within a few hours of arrival- they never did. Because of work, we were already scheduled to arrive 3 hours after check in, and we still hadnโt gotten any info. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with VRBO support, and they had a handful of failed first attempts of contacting the host, they found a secondary phone number and were able to get our check-in info to us around 5:30 the day of arrival. After that, the property manager was very punctual with responding to our questions about the cabin, but never actually gave us any answers. They said theyโd give us a discount, it was just a 100 off our next booking with them. We asked for that credit to apply to this trip, and once again they said theyโll check with their manager and never got back to us, twice.
