Property was as described and provided exceptional convenience for our pup. Providing a fully enclosed patio linked to a small pet area for their private business. Would recommend and stay again.
We loved our weekend retreat at Chateau Relaxo. The house is beautiful and plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and the fireplace inside. The beds were firm but comfortable, the showers were excellent, and more than enough seating. Only one complaint- the ice maker was not working properly. The Beaver’s Bend area is amazing and God’s beauty is everywhere. We will definitely be back!
We loved everything about this cabin. It was HUGE and had every single amenity that our family needed. We were a group of 10 and had soooo much room to spread out and move around. One of my favorite features was definitely the gated in porch and backyard area that let us not have to worry about my 3 year old nephew and my dog wandering off. Saw tons of deer just sitting on the porch and was no more than 10 minutes away of everything we wanted to do. Definitely appreciated the labels on the light switches or else we would still be there trying to figure them out! Lastly, I messaged the owners on our way in to see if we could check in early and they responded within minutes letting us check in almost 2 hours early. 100/10!!
I've stayed at 5 VRBO houses in Hochatown/Broken Bow over the last few years, and this was clearly the best so far. They thought of everything.
Kitchen has everything we could possibly need. Given shortcomings in other homes, I always travel with my own important kitchen tools (sharp knives, good cutting board, real non-stick pans,...) But I didn;t need to get out my own stuff here.
Another pet peeve they solved. These homes have so many lights and light switches everywhere. It's like a puzzle trying to control all of them. But this home has 100% of the switches clearly labeled. Small thing, but it adds to the enjoyment of the house.
It was clean, great location. And the dog yard was great for a family with a pet.
Overall, I highly recommend this home!
Very good location as we have stayed in this cabin , three or four times. Management group is great as the actual cost is also. We have a 19 year old pug that appreciates the small pebbles in the pet area. The outside Tv is a welcome addition. But the cabin has deteriorated over the years. A bright white light bulb over the pool table was very distracting, as was the missing bulbs on the ceiling. The right lamp over the white credenza near the kitchen would not turn on. Parts of Frigidaire dishwasher were laying in bottom of dishwasher. Oven door has been in need of repair on the last two visits. Pine cabinet doors in kitchen are seeing lots of wear with knot holes falling out. Bedroom doors have been unbelievably scratched up by dogs. Wife’s found cleaning was lacking as a lot of dead insects were found in bathrooms. Outside a tile near firewood falling off corner wall. We are not normally picky people at all, and all of this did not deter us from having a good time. If this was a first time to your cabin, we wouldn’t be back. Maybe in time we will.

The cabin was okay …
Although check in was easy and the cabin itself was beautiful there were some issues. The main issue being that it is basically infested with Asian lady beetles. (Looks like a lady bug, but it is not). They were all over the place. Bedrooms, living room, kitchen and entertainment areas. It was so bad that we had to keep the broom and dust pan with us at all times to constantly sweep them up. There were several times they were on furniture and made their way on to us. We did have 2 dogs with us for our stay and the beetles can be very toxic to the dogs. Doesn’t happen often but it would have been nice to be informed of this issue before our stay. We did reach out on our first night after realizing the issue and were told that they were put in the area on purpose and that there was nothing they could do about the infestation and that there was no history of dogs being harmed while staying at that cabin. We were also told to let them know if we needed a broom or dust pan on our stay. That being said, just be aware that this is something you will have to deal with during your whole stay. To pay so much money and not fully be comfortable and have to constantly deal with these little beetles was definitely disappointing. The cabin itself was beautiful and had a lot of good qualities but another issue for us was the variety of pans were lacking, the filtered water from the fridge was nasty and the ice maker in the fridge also didn’t work half the time. Just sharing our experience.
Beautiful location and the home was lovely. Many thoughtful details were anticipated that made our stay wonderful. A few small issues that were dealt with quickly.
A Fine Place for a Getaway with family and friends!
The cabin in Oklahoma was a good place for a weekend getaway. It was clean upon arrival, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The amenities were a nice touch; the pool table provided some entertainment, and the hot tub was a good way to relax. There were a lot of TVs, which was convenient for catching a game or a movie. Overall, it served its purpose and was a comfortable place to stay.
Can’t say enough good things about our stay! The cabin was furnished with everything we needed! The set up of the house was very accommodating for our group. Closed porch made our dogs stay so easy!! The kids loved the hot tub and we had great family tournaments in pool and corn hole! We can’t wait to go back!
This was our second time staying. We are all very picky about places we go. The cabin is always clean, it has tons of amenities already stocked in the kitchen. We enjoy the hot tub, horseshoes, and corn hole as well as playing pool while we’re there. We look forward to going back soon!
I never leave a review but i have to do it for this Cabin. It was an amazing experience. We all fell in love with this house and it was sad/hard to leave. Everyone keep asking the name of the cabin and of course I was glad to shared the link with friend and family. For sure we are going back.
Great house layout. Wide open inside and outside with tons of communal space. Rooms are big, showers are big. The lounge areas were very comfortable. The kitchen is very spacious and the whole house felt very clean and updated.
The home lot is on a peninsula so your outdoor area is a little exposed. There was a roof leak during our stay in the master bathroom that dripped all night long while it rained (made it hard to sleep). The initial door code had changed and we were not given the correct code when we arrived and the microwave and oven are in need of repair.
We had the best family Thanksgiving in this gorgeous cabin home! So spacious and plenty to do for all. We had 7 infants and children with us, so actually 16 in all and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Blessed family memories to cherish forever!!
Don't take this wrong. We all had a great time and very satisfied with our stay.
Just wanted to point out a few things. Only 2 of the 4 jets in the hot tub worked. Also, noticed the coffee pot was crackd
Fantastic cabin. Sleeps 10 easily, more on couches.
The cabin was fantastic. Plenty of room for all members of our family. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for our group of 10. The kids loved the outdoor games and the pool table. The kitchen with the large pantry space was great! We all had a very relaxing time together and enjoyed the hot tub in between excursions! The neighborhood allows for walks through nature and just to look at all the different cabins. The pet space with the gated deck was perfect to enjoy having the dogs with us. Everything was exceptionally organized, even the light switches labeled for ease of use. We plan to come back for a longer stay next year. There was a Infant pack and play and a large pet crate available If needed in the master closet.
