  • Copper Beaver in Broken Bow | Family-Friendly Forest Retreat with Hot Tub

    The Experience
Copper Beaver is a warm, family-friendly Broken Bow cabin made for slow mornings, game-filled afternoons, and easy evenings under the trees. Tucked into a quiet wooded setting, this pet-friendly retreat combines classic log cabin character with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax.

Inside, the cabin centers around a welcoming living room with oversized leather seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a big-screen TV, along with an open kitchen finished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous dining space. The layout is especially guest-friendly, with a primary king suite downstairs, additional sleeping upstairs, and a loft full of games for extra hangout space.

Outside, the fun keeps going with a wraparound porch, hot tub, firepit, cornhole, a foosball table in the loft, and a shaded playset for younger guests. Just a short drive from Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River, Beavers Bend State Park, and Hochatown attractions, Copper Beaver gives you a comfortable home base for both outdoor adventure and laid-back cabin time.

It’s a wonderful fit for guests who want a relaxed cabin atmosphere without feeling far from the best of Broken Bow.

Most cabins in Broken Bow and Hochatown are located within wooded mountain terrain. Guests should expect typical rural cabin-country driving conditions throughout the area.

Good to Know Before You Book

Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee.

    Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

    Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

    Nature & Environment
One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during their stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

    What To Bring
We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

Had a great time w the family but found out the dried pine needles on the slope off the back deck are like ice in August. Lost footing and did the splits . A bad ankle sprain and groin pull resulted lasting over a month now! Be careful out there!
