"Great location and the house would have been relatively comfortable however, a pool was being constructed (no one advised us) and base on the last guests 8 weeks prior, the construction had been going on since then. Because of the construction, there was a temporary fence which was not compliant and impeded on our ability to enjoy the back area. "The property is in a great location. There are other properties in the vineyard but you don’t have to worry about privacy as there’s plenty of space/trees in between. All rooms are spacious so there’s plenty of room if you’re hosting a group of 4+ people. Air conditioner both upstairs and downstairs. "Quiet and peaceful yet so close to many wineries and restaurants including one on site Jimmy Joans which we can highly recommend. We love the cottage and outdoor areas. Perfect to come home to after visiting wineries. Would highly recommend."

"Stayed at the Hermitage Lodge with 2 Adults and 2 Children. The stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Perfect for a recharge. Parking available right outside the unit and the continental breakfast was fair. Overall, a great stay and would come back again when I return to Hunter Valley. Do try the Italian restaurant onsite too, the food there was delicious."

"It was a beautiful retreat indeed, we truely enjoyed our stay and the team were responsive and welcoming. We had a small issue during our stay and they resolved it promptly, we were very impressed with the outcome. If you are a coffee lover, there is a cafe catering your morning craves :) we saw many hot air balloons on the sky from our balcony, can’t get better than this! Highly recommended to everyone, we are planning for our next visit already with friends and family. "
