Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände und das Haus selbst waren sauber und die Küche passend mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden, ist aber funktional und dem Alter entsprechend ok. Die Sauna hat auch gut funktioniert.Die Terrasse ist großzügig. Es gibt keine Markise, sodass man bei Regen in jedem Fall drinnen sitzen muss. Die Fahrräder kann man im Schuppen abstellen, wo auch der Holzkohlegrill drin ist.Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse innerhalb des Parks. Man kann die Kinder ohne Sorge rennen und fahren lassen.Zum bewachten Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein kleines Strandcafé, Pizzeria/Burger und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen runden das Angebot ab.Hundestrand: Am schönsten ist es genau in der Mitte von Schönhagen und Olpenitz: wenig Leute, toller Sand und den Hund kann man auch mal rennen lassen.Einkaufen kann man sehr gut in Kappeln beim neuen großen Edeka, dm und Baumarkt auch direkt nebenan. Keine Freunde werden wir allerdings bei den Nebenkosten: 150 für die Endreinigung finde ich übertrieben. Ebenso die Kosten für Strom (0,55 /kWh), Wasser (8,00 /m²) und Gas (3,50 /m³) halte ich für überzogen. Insgesamt, mit Kurtaxe (da kann Novasol natürlich nix dafür), hatten wir 340 NK (ungefähr 13% vom Mietpreis - und das in der teuersten Mietpreisperiode in den Sommerferien)! Das ist vergleichsweise viel. Darum ein Stern Abzug.Wir kommen dennoch gerne wieder, weil das Gesamtpaket stimmt. ##### Sabrina Z. Noch immer fehlen Topfdeckel:(Die Straße durch das Ferienhausgebiet ist sehr schmal und von dornigen Hecken gesäumt, was auch bei Schritt fahren zu Kratzern führt.Da die Hecken frische geschnitten waren, lagen die dornigen Zwrige auch auf den Rasenflächen. ##### Christiane H.
