This is only possible if the rental is excluded due to official regulations +++ Beautifully renovated vacation home in 2015 in the Baltic seaside resort of Schönhagen (Schleswig-Holstein=, Schwansen peninsula, Schlei between Kappeln and Eckernförde, in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The semi-detached house in bungalow style, with two separate units (Möwennest I and II), each approx. 57 sqm, is situated on a 581 sqm corner plot. The units can be booked individually or together. The vacation apartment has a large terrace outside. There is also a garden shed with garden furniture and barbecue for each unit on the property. The interior layout of Möwennest II consists of a living room with couch and TV, as well as a stereo system and DVD player, a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe and a separate room with bunk beds (all rooms with external blinds). A convertible travel cot is also available. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. In the dining area there is a bench with table and 2 chairs, as well as a high chair for children. All rooms have radiators (gas heating). The bathroom is small but nice with a walk-in shower.
