Close by is D Store Daybreak, open all year round, and Excell Stop & Shop/BB Mini Market, which operates during the summer months. Beside D Store, you’ll find Bay Café, a popular spot known for delicious homemade dishes and freshly baked sourdough bread.

1. Heating and Electricity:

Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.

If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.

If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:

- Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.

- Pay As You Go electricity metre. The €40 will be credited to the metre on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the metre as required during your stay.

Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €500 (per property) must be paid before check-in to the local Property Manager. If utilities are not settled they will be deducted from security deposit.
