"They don’t comp parking. You have to pay extra for parking. You ask the staff and they play ignorant saying yes they do cover it. They give you a sheet to scan, then it charges you for parking. There is nothing but coffee cream stocked in the mini fridge. Parking is confusing. Valet out front with no mention of that service on the 3rd party website."

"I had a very pleasant 6 night stay at Accent Inns Richmond. It is a lovely, family-oriented inn with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was great and I was very happy with my stay. I especially enjoyed the coffee/tea service in the reception area. The shuttle service was also excellent. It made getting to the airport so much easier and took away a lot of the stress of travelling. I would just like to make one suggestion that I feel is especially important for safety. There was no grab bar in the bathtub to hold onto when getting in or out of the tub. For anyone who is older or has mobility concerns, this can be a safety issue, particularly when the tub is wet. Installing a secure grab bar would make the bathroom much safer and more accessible. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the friendly and comfortable environment. I would be happy to stay at Accent Inns again."

"I enjoyed my stay here. Clean rooms, helpful staff and I like the location. While it is not located in downtown Vancouver, it is only a short bus ride away. It is also located a short bus ride away from the Grouse Grind which is a bonus! The included breakfast was very nice with an automatic pancake machine. I will stay here again."
