We were only disappointed at check in! Arriving @ 2 to check in, we waited until 3:30 and our rooms were still not ready!! We had to leave for an appt. We had to leave for. We were hoping to get cleaned up after our 8 hr drive before our appt!

The hotel is immediately adjacent to I-81 and the window in the room is a pop out type for cleaning and wasn’t and wouldn’t secure. It sounded like the window was open with trucks driving by just meters from the room. We moved to a different room, closer to I-81, that did not meet our room requirements and although the traffic was loud there too, the window would close properly.
