This level opens up to the large covered deck with fantastic views and an additional deck/entertaining area which is perfect for a quiet read or relaxing time. Separate to the house is a fourth bedroom with its own private deck and ocean views. On the ground floor is a fully self contained air conditioned unit, decorated and presented in the same manner as upstairs. The unit features an open plan kitchen with top quality appliances, living and dining room, and toilet/shower room and 2 bedrooms.
