We arrived late at night, the staff phoned me then sent a very detailed SMS earlier in the day regarding accessing the key from the lock box. The apartment was clean, and the staff had turned the light on before our arrival, which was most appreciated. The bed was comfortable, basic toiletries were provided, and a hairdryer.
