Newly renovated. New carpets. Wi fi. Netflix movies. We had to take all our own linen, unless you prefer to pay extra. The only down side for us as older people was four sets of stairs. So oldies beware. Unit 3 is up 4 flights of stairs. Didn’t have a tea pot, tea cups or coat hangers. Not an big issue. If it weren’t for the stairs we could live here forever.
