Charming old Queenslander at the end of Argyle Street right on Breakfast Creek and part of an active but old fashioned boat service business. Quiet, private with ample parking in the area. Very comfortable, specious, with morning sun on the veranda, great river breezes and school rowing 4's and 8's use the creek for training which adds to the atmosphere. Access up the stairs could be more challenging for older people. Short walk to Breakfast Creek hotel but Fortitude Valley is a stretch to walk. Close to the airport.
