With an open plan kitchen and living area, a master bedroom with huge king bed, en-suite and direct access to the spacious balcony, a second bedroom with king bed and a third bedroom with 2 king single beds. The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet complex right on the Brisbane River with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and an open-plan kitchen & living area with views to the Brisbane River. It is a bright, spacious and fully furnished apartment with quality appliances and finishes. The apartment is perfect for families or travelling business men and women who need space but would like to be close to everything. There are plenty of amenities for children aged from infants to older age. The apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests - maximum 8 adults, 1 infant and 1 small child. Important Information: Please note the available bedding is subject to the number of people on the booking.

The apartment is located right in Brisbane City just a few meters from the waters edge. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars all very accessible. The new Howard Smith Wharf's precinct and the Story Bridge are right around the corner.
Getting Around:
Brisbane CBD is within walking distance, if you are visiting elsewhere the best way to get around is like the locals: City Hopper (free) and City Cat ferries. The closest stop is Riverside which is a 5 minute walk away. Apart from the ferries, Uber or Taxi are very quick and cheap to get around. Southbank, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, the Gabba’ and New Farm are all 5-7 minutes drive.

Very spacious apartment with great views from all rooms . Beds very comfortable.Location excellent. Everything was very clean we will definitely stay again .
We enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed.
Only thing I would recommend is additional keys when a group is staying as we didn't always do everything together and it was difficult to navigate with only one set of keys.
Great spot to stay in the city, short walk to Howard Smith Wharves, easy into Queen Street and the Valley. Couple things within the apartment that could do with a refresh / fix up - but overall a very nice stay!
Fantastic property for anyone wishing to enjoy all that Brisbane has to offer.
Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go and return to a stunning view of the Brisbane River. The apartment is ideally suited to six people but was adequately sized for our large family of teens.
Loved the location, super close to where we needed to go.
Could have been a little cleaner but all in all the apartment is great.
My kids loved especially loved the view of the bridge from their room at night and the view of the river. They sat for ages watching the cats go up and down.

The property was not suitable for 10 people (7 adults & 3 children) as although the unit accommodated with beds the living area was not large. Difficult if you have more then one vehicle.

Amazing experience overall at an amazing apartment. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely.
Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The view was amazing and it was clean and relaxing We had a wonderful time. Our hosts Eniko and Ryan were very attentive and lovely to communicate with.
We had a wonderful stay with our four adult children in this spacious, clean, well-positioned and presented apartment in the heart of the city. Our hosts were thoughtful and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
