Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this house many times. It’s in an awesome spot and great for the dogs. However on this occasion there were a few issues. It needs some attention paid not just money in but also money out. The grass was super long when we arrived which was a Saturday so I had to wait till Monday to request a mow and spent the whole weekend picking grass seeds out of my dogs fur. The fridge is old (and door hinged wrong way -could be swapped) and didn’t keep temperature for all the food we had so we had to throw away quite a bit. Then the septic drain backed up which was cleared after a few calls to the office and a day of waiting but the terrible smelll persisted along the kitchen / laundry / twin bed side of the house so we had to keep those windows shut = no breeze. ##### Laura G. The price for five nights was quite steep as part of the stay fell into a school holiday period. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house wasn’t very clean at all, there were spider webs inside and the windows were not clean for a long time. Including the bbq which was disgusting, we literally had to wash it. Our plan was to use the wood bbq for our Brazilian bbq, which was not possible. The description said it had a wood bbq in the house that’s why we brought the Brazilian meats with us. I did try to contact but, the bbq never showed up and I hardly had reception so I missed a call.
