Once proven, in excess of the allowed number of guests will be additional AUD30 each. No parties or events. All loud music / noise must be turned off by 10pm. Check-out time is by 10 am. Any late check outs that have not been pre-arranged may result in a AUD50 per/hour charge. If you notice any breakages or faults in the apartment, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you happen to break something in the apartment, please let us know immediately so we can resolve in a timely manner. In case of lost keys which can happen at times please be advised that it will incur a cost for replacement of AUD400. Please keep the keys in a very safe place at all times. When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean. To keep our costs down, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the apartment. Please remove any make-up in the correct way. Our towels, robes and face washers provided aren't to be used for this purpose. Additional cleaning or replacement fees apply. Please leave the apartment in a tidy manner. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and hang any dirty towels in the bathrooms.
