We booked since it seems like this property was most reviewed, however, our room had moldy and musty smells. Bathroom was very old and shower leaked everywhere. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Great friendly helpful staff. Good position in Brisbane. Bathroom tiles and skirting boards were very dirty. Shower cubicle needed serious upgrading. Would not stay again

Freindly helpful staff, asked for a change in room location and nothing was any trouble.. staff changed my room to a higher floor so willingly. Room was clean and location was very central to everything city.. would stay again.. many thanks Oakes on Charlotte

Room was not clean or very well Maintained. Room was dirty with stains on the lounge. Bathroom mouldy, sink cabinet was rotting on the bottom. Extremely long wait for the lifts

There wasn't any hand towels in the bathroom. No ice in freezer. No ice machine. Was told l could l get it at 7 eleven. Parking was expensive

An easy hotel/apartment to stay. Has everything you need and I love having a washing machine and the bedroom separate to the rest of the apartment. Great lap pool and good gym for after work.

Charlotte Suites - central but noisy
I have used various oaks aparthotels throughout Brisbane - this feels probably the oldest of them all. It has residential floors as well as guest floors - but as it is a tower building there are only 4 lifts that operate and they are often being serviced which makes not for a quick exit in the morning. As with all hotels in the CBD - its busy and noisy especially as this one is very close to cross river rail project. The rooms as becoming tired and could do with a fresh lick of paint - otherwise clean and comfortable and well set up for business travellers.

Great hotel for families. The outdoor pool was out of action but was not a problem with the indoor pool option. Very central to the CBD & within walking distance of Southbank. Had a really good vibe.
