    Equipped with all the linens, towels and essential toiletries
    No events or parties allowed , Smoking allowed only outside of house
    Respect our elderly neighbours by reducing noise.(No noise after 9pm in weekdays or weekends )

    Please try to place the used dishes in the dishwasher and start program using the provided detergent tablets.

    Please keep both rubbish bins outside on Thursday collection on Friday morning

    Please be aware Pets only allowed in garage,patio and tiled living area (. No entry to bedrooms or on the Furnitures )
