There are 4 bedrooms including a downstairs seperate self contained area which offers an ensuited queen bedroom, kitchenette with a fridge and TV. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms. The main is also ensuited with queen bed and in the other 2 rooms are a queen bed and a tri-bunk with a trundle underneath for the extra child. The family bathroom has a shub (shower over a shallow tub). The living room has a large Smart TV, dining nook and a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and the usual appliances, to make for a comfortable family holiday. To the side of the house is a spacious deck with a daybed, gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting. This house is the perfect set up for the large family or even 2 families allowing space for eveyone. FEATURES: 4 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, kitchen and kitchenette, WIFI, Smart TV, spacious deck, BBQ, outdoor furniture, undercover parking and space for another vehicle or 2 off the road and pets allowed (fenced back yard).
