Nothing had been cleaned. There was used soap and hair in the base of the shower, food scrapes left in the fridge and freezer, clothing left in the dryer, cans and cigarette butts on the balcony and the cooktop was also not clean. Linen was clean but the pillows were so stained you could see it through the pillowcase. We had to wash all cutlery and crockery before we used it. Thankful we were only there for 1 night.
