Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Not clean at all. Bed linen had not been changed, found dirt and grass in beds. Only 3 towels for 6 guests. No toaster. Only a very small bar fridge. Only 3 bedrooms not 4. No queen beds only doubles. Kids scribble on walls. Yards very messy, overgrown and unmowed.

The property was competitive for it pricing, but it's something to consider as the property wasn't very clean overall. Whilst the location is good with Shop Nearby and Host communication good, both TVs at the location were in poor condition that effectively were not working correctly, and the house is in an average condition.
