No where to park off street to check in, we had to lap the block a few times. Once we got our keys, we had to empty our bags on the footpath and then drive down the road to carpark and walk back. We also had to wait 8-10 minutes for hot water for showers. Every time we wanted to shower we would put the shower on and wait 8-10minutes. We spoke to receptionist who visited our room and told us "that is hot" and it was properly cold!! On a rating of 1 "cold" and 10 "hot" it was a 2-3 at best for 8-10 minutes. The location to the show grounds was excellent but parking and lack of hot water were a joke.
