The air-conditioning duct mat we removed due to build-up of filth/health risk2\. Internet didn't work the whole stay3\. Stated fully equipped kitchen. 7 people require utensils/crockery/glasses, not available, nor were oven trays, chef knives/knife block, wraps/foils, colander, vegie peeler, salad bowls, etc. The extra charges list stated 2 per missing utensil but no list was provided. A few extra items were dropped off after complaining to VRBO4\. Not seating for 7 to watch TV 5\. Not clean above 1m from floors & damage to multiple walls, chairs stained & lamp broken on arrival-Chargable items. Spiders everywhere, front & rear yard unkept/dirty6\. States Hotel quality linen. NO EXTRA towels or pillows & they were awful7\. States 2 bathtubs-NOT, both damaged & grout needed a good scrub8\. Quiet & peaceful-the trainline is 100m away & the whistle blows all night9\.
