This home features two comfortable bedrooms—a luxurious king in the master and a cosy queen in the second bedroom—plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The property can accommodate up to six guests in total. 👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
