A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured. Please leave the property in a tidy state. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy. 4) For any alterations such as shortening your stay, early check-in, or late check-out, please submit your request prior to arrival. These requests are subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods or when there are back-to-back bookings. Please note that shortening your stay may result in only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the cancellation policy that applied at the time of booking.
