LOST KEYS/KEY USE ASSISTANCE • Lost keys will result in a $300 charge. Please always remember to take your keys with you when you leave the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask your landlord for assistance, outside of 9:00am – 8:00pm, a $20 will be charged. If the landlord is unable to reach you, please contact a locksmith to handle your emergency at your own expense. NOISE NOTICE Please note that there is ongoing construction from the Brisbane Metro project near the building, which may result in some noise. This is part of a city infrastructure upgrade and affects the surrounding area.
