With 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this property celebrates all that an inner city suburb of Brisbane has to offer. Enjoy time off with the family, and choose to relax on the deck of the large outdoor area, have a hit of tennis on the shared tennis court, and relax in the private heated spa with fencing to keep kids safe. This property provides the perfect retreat to unwind and escape the city, whilst still being a stone's-throw away from the action, in the wonderful suburb of Tarragindi. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. \- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday.
