Great location and friendly staff, bus 27 across street that goes to downtown directly free of charge.

The apartment was clean and airy, very easy to get to from the airport. there is a shuttle right outside that runs to the city every 25 min. would highly recommend. also the staff on reception are lovely.

Poor communication prior to check in, check in was not very smooth and felt like something was going to go wrong. Were able to check in early which was good. Property was clean tidy and as advertised. We were charged for someone else’s room bill and apparently over the refund limit so return of funds has been extremely slow and very,very poor service. While they admitted the mistake this really is something that should not have happened at all.

The room that we booked was so disgusting for the amount they charged. Floor was full of stains,fridge was falling apart and dirty Bathroom mildew and cupboards and pots filthy .Took photo's of the room and reported it to the front desk .

Fantastic location! The lagoon pool and gardens were stunning and a great place to relax (look for the water lizards!). Sauna was a great spot to relax after a day out. Location was perfect for Story Bridge Hotel. Nearby convenience shops, restaurants, and bottle shop were very handy, didn't need to drive once we arrived. Will very happily stay here again.

Location was great - close to the river, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and The Story Bridge Hotel a few doors away. Beautiful lagoon pool, which made it feel more like a resort than a city hotel.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé. L'appartement est très bien agencé, la décoration est très belle. La vue sur la rivière, les buildings et pont de nuit est juste incroyable. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le spa, ainsi que le parking individuel. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Room was clean and spacious, great location, free shuttle bus to the city and back nearby. I understood room was not ready before 2pm so reception advised they will call for an update. No call received. Came back at 5pm, same person who promised to call handed the key, no apologies, and merrily went back chatting with colleague.

The property needs an upgraded tbh. But the aircon was cold and the bed super comfy!! The staff are excellent!! They are very friendly and addressed any concerns that i had immediately :)..I will give them a 12/10 😊

the property had great views of Brisbane River, was very clean with very helpful staff. It's location was very good with ferry transport close by which gave easy access to CBD, Southbank etc

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bridgewater apartments. The location was great, the staff member we dealt with was excellent, the room was comfortable and functional. The apartment we stayed in was quite dated and in desperate need of a facelift but it was clean. We would definately stay there again.

The view from the balcony and the fact that the balcony was partially covered in was fantastic for when it rained over our stay we could still sit outside.

Pros - The staff were terrific (especially Russel). The view was great from our 1br on the 12th floor. The location was a short walk to the free ferry. The room was tidy and the carpets smelled clean. Free secured car parking was great. Cons - The air conditioner in the bedroom had a lot of mould on & in the swing vent. The ceiling fans were very dirty. The bathroom was clean but there was mould inside the shower cubicle. The glasses in the kitchen cupboard had not been washed (this is from previous guests as it is guests responsibiity to clean all used dishes / glasses etc prior to checkout). The queen mattress was so uncomfortable and saggy. The noise from bridge traffic is very loud even with doors closed.

Apartment was not very clean. Can feel springs in mattress's on beds. I chose the option to pay on arrival but money was taken out 2 days before arrival.
