Good value. Well located - 5-8 minutes to Wynnum North train station. Communication with host was expeditious. Thanks Daniel. Amenities was good. Can improve on pillows. Stains on coffee cups and sink on check in. Overall - good experience. Stayed 2 weeks.
Location great close to train station, and near shops and lovely walks along Manly Esplanade. All the facilities you need for a comfortable home like stay. Owner easy to communicate with.

This was perfect for me when I found myself having to stay longer in Brisbane than anticipated. It was clean and modern and had everything I needed. Colin was very easy to deal with.

Good self contained unit
Has everything you need and it close to the train station aswell. Most of the rooms are on the second level so not as accessible but the apartment was secure and in a quiet neighbourhood.
This was a great location in terms of proximity to everything and everyone i wanted to see. It was also quick to access major motorways to get out of the city.
You WILL hear the train go by every few minutes and the bed is exceptionally firm.
Overall, there was ample parking in the drive and on the street, it was clean and fresh, served my needs perfectly!
This place is a gem...clean, so clean. Everything we needed. Colin was very accommodating. The perfect place to come back to at the end of the day to relax and freshen up for the next busy day. Thank you Colin.
This little apartment has it all. Perfect for short or longer term stay. It is very clean, fresh and tidy. We felt safe and secure with the front entrance locking system. The amenities were new, clean and tidy. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
The windows and doors are triple layered to reduce the noise.
Short walking distance to the train station which was handy.
Colin was quick to reply to any questions and was very accommodating to our needs.
If we ever need to visit the area again we will be sure to book with Colin.

Great place to stay, out of the fuss but close enough.
Landlord has been amazing and helped with all our enquiries. The apartment pristine and fantastic for near by transport to travel around the area. Highly recommend.
I was here to compete. This place was great for a short-term stay. While there was a full kitchen in the building I made do with the facilities in my room.
Apartment had an excellent layout, all ammenties required with a bonus shared kitchen and laundry . Very quiet , new modern furnishings. Easily accesible. Really good Communications from owner, easy instruction for entry. Highly recommend!
