Due to a medical appointment we appreciated an early check in. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and outside seating area. The coffee shop outside the Boulevard provided great options for breakfast, lunch and sweet treats. Katsuco Japanese restaurant was only a 2 minute walk from the Boulevard. Westfield North Lakes was a 5-10 minute walk. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room to make yourself at home. The only downside is that the couch is terribly uncomfortable to sit and relax on. It was great to be able to take a short walk to great cafes, the cinema and shopping. So committed to their job and definitely wanting the best for their guests. Communication with them before and during our stay was superb. The apartment was beautiful. Very modern, comfortable and exactly as the photos depicted. There was a very minor cleanliness detail in the shower (some hidden, trapped hair) and the Linda said she'd address it immediately. Her wonderful attitude and excellent customer service was SO impressive and much appreciated. The sole aspect that detracted from my otherwise perfect stay was that my bedroom was very light in the morning. There were only white plantation blinds on the windows so I was awake from sunrise (which was not ideal while on holiday).
