The staff were very helpful and courteous, are stay was good, could do with a coffee shop inside, room was a bit tired shower leaked all over the floor even with the door closed tight. Car park was a mess owner of center needs to spend some money on a good clean up, other than that we would still come back and stay there.

I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, minimum fuss, and easily accessible to the nearby hospital., the staff were all very sociable, helpful and attentive. quite a comfortable stay

Convenient location to public transport and the Brisbane CBD. For the price we paid for our short stay the room, services and overall quality of the hotel was above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.

Love that it was next door to the Princess Theatre and so many good food options. The room was clean, staff friendly, easy parking, we will definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel due to close proximity to Mater hospital, flying in from interstate as had family member critically ill at Mater. The adjacent food options and mini mart for groceries was perfect. My sister ordered the buffet breakfast and ate like a king, lots of options. Rooms lovely.

Clean convenient and within walking distance of Southbank at a realistic price. Could do with a lighter breakfast option not everyone can eat a full breakfast even although it is reasonably priced

Great stay in inner Brisbane
Couldn't fault Hotel Diana really. We were able to leave our bags as we had an early flight in. Front counter team were all friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, clean and modern. Walking distance to Southbank. We'd definitely stay there again!

Very claustrophobic as none of the windows opened at all. Hotel was clean and most staff were friendly. I received a noise complaint at 6pm which was fair enough, I apologised to the receptionist who came to our door and we immediately turned down the music. A few minutes later, the receptionist knocked back on the door to let us know she had been lurking at our door to eaves drop on our conversation. Very strange and unprofessional. When I purchase accommodation, I expect that my privacy is included in the price. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were friendly and professional. The room was spotless, had a comfortable bed, a useful desk and had a nice range of tea and a kettle. The shower was good. The location was excellent with a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars all in close proximity. It was also a 15 minute walk from South Bank station and 30 minuts walk to the city centre. We would stay again.

Great place to stay, near South bank, has dinning options across from the hotel as well. Sadly missed out on the buffet breakfast, hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable,. Will be booking in again when in Brisbane next time.
