Acacia Ridge is and up and coming suburb, there is lots of renovations and new builds happening, but were still quite close to the city only about a 20 minute drive. we've got the Ice skating rink is just around the corner, along with a squash court nearby. You'll have access to the full house. we have a smart lock on the door so check in is a breeze. just open the fly screen and where the door lock usually is is a key pad. Feel free to park in the drive way or on the road in front of the house. however please don't drive on the grass, it gets soggy after a rain and we have had cars get bogged in the past. being a suburban area neighbours on both sides have dogs at the moment. the fences are high so you probably won't see them but might hear them. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. The house was beautiful, just as expected from the photos. The kids room with the books and toys was a great bonus, my kids loved the dressups. The fenced yard with the cubby house was the perfect addition for the kids to play outside too. There were plenty of options for eating just a short drive nearby.
