Road work was performed through the night and too noisy to sleep. It is situated in a very convenient location, close to everything including the Mall, transportation and Southbank. The property was spacious but very tired and in need of an upgrade. It didn’t smell fresh but stale. The windows are single glazed and faced onto Roma St station. This has major building works which go on loudly until all hours. Curtains are thin and don’t keep out the light.
