  • Located in the high Salento Villa Brancasi is an elegant structure surrounded by green garden with a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, 7 km from Brindisi airport, 7 km from the sea and 4 km from the city center. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the villa offers the possibility to enjoy an ideal privacy for a relaxing holiday, at the same time its location allows you to reach in a few minutes all the major Apulian tourist resorts, just 5 minutes from the famous protected oasis of Torre Guaceto, 20 minutes from the Baroque Lecce and 20 minutes from the Valle d'Iitria with its characteristic villages. The Villa is composed of 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a master bathroom and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Furnished in Salento style inside it has a large living room with fireplace and a built-in kitchen, air conditioning and WI-FI are available for free. Outside, guests can benefit from a brick barbecue and a stone-fired oven.

Nous souhaitions un endroit calme avec piscine pour une semaine de repos. Je dois dire que nous avons été plus que satisfait, la villa est plus que conforme aux descriptif et photos, nous avons passé un agréable séjour d’une semaine en famille. Tout était fait pour notre confort, maison super propre, piscine, BBQ, beaucoup d’équipement, rien nous a manqué. Hôte charmant et attentionné, bref nous relouerons la villa sans hésiter. Merci pour les petites attentions que vous nous avez réservés.

Great place to stay

The accommodation 10 minutes from Brindisi is an absolute dream. The villa, the pool and the garden are extremely well maintained. In the evening, the indirect lighting of palm trees, the house and the pool creates a feel-good atmosphere that is second to none. Many thanks to the courteous host for this great week that we were able to spend in his house.

Great house and hospitality of it's owner

Very nice house, good location, very friendly and helpful owner. House is near main road (approximately 700m) , but you barely can hear it. Very clean, well equipped. One sleeping room with double bed, one with to single beds and one opened sofa in the leaving room. Good for families and a group of friends. Kitchen has everything you need, if you want to cook. Quite small showers are the only small discomfort. It was a great time spended!♥️
