"The home is a great size for families to stay. Plenty of little extras provided too which was a lovely surprise eg board games, books, pantry and bathroom staples. The customer service received was great too, lots of prompt communication throughout the entire process. Thank you for letting us visit. "

"The flat has everything one would need for an extended stay – I stayed a month – and when something did go wrong (a leaking tap) it was fixed promptly. Yes, there's family noises above, but I have no problem with that, and it's nice to feel there's people around when you're away from home. The bed is very comfortable, and the computer desk is a plus. If I could suggest improvements, I'd add access to a green bin for compost scraps and maybe a 50 IKEA induction hob for quick cooking, as the electric cooktop is pretty slow to heat up. I'd definitely stay there again if it's free next time I'm in town for work. "
