One of the best thing's is it's above a great pub in Brighton Called The Admiral - which offers a whole range of dining and entertainment literally on your doorstep (with a door leading directly into the pub from the main entrance hall!).

The flat is ideal for groups mainly because of its proximity to The Lanes etc. but it also works really well for extended families who want to explore the area. This area has residential parking permit restrictions put in place (as all areas of Brighton now have) with pay and display parking bays available.
