The unit was comfortable and tastefully furnished, making it feel like a true home away from home. The beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided were a great touch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.One of the highlights was the gorgeous sandy beach right out front. Unlike many spots on the West Coast, this location offers a lovely one-and-a-half-mile walk along the shore—a rare and enjoyable feature. The flat is tastefully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and spotlessly clean. Access to an uncrowded beach is just downstairs and they set out plenty of beach chairs for guests every morning. Staff at the property were friendly, and helpful with advice. All appliances in the flat worked well.There are a beach bar and aquapark right at hand, but otherwise very little within walking distance. We found relying on taxis a bit cumbersome; you may need a car. On weekends, dueling soundsystems from the bar and public beach parking lot can be heard only faintly inside, but make the balcony a bit noisy. ##### matt m.
