From the minute you walk in the welcome from all the staff is genuine, friendly and professional. The property itself has a lovely cosy laid back vibe and you’d never know it was a short walk from all the best entertainment that Brisbane has to offer. Decent parking. Close to restaurants and supermarkets, easy 20 minute walk to CBD. Room faced an inner courtyard, with very little natural light and a view directly into the opposite room if you opened the curtains- though there was little point due to the lack of light. Felt a bit subterranean, but as a place to sleep it was comfortable and good value.

At $550 a night I don’t think water in the room is too much to ask for along with a safe kettle and tea bags of a quality above floor sweepings and definitely not instant coffee! The appartment was clean i had 4 towels 1 handtowel and 1 facewasher used first 2 towels went to use the other 2 on Saturday night found what looked like blood stain on it i didnt use it but put with the other towels used the last towel was also had a stain on it my only complaint
