Very good exposure with a view of the Briançon forts and the city. The building has private access to the gondola via a gate. A ski locker is also at your disposal.
Ideally located, you don't need your car to access the slopes and lifts of the Briançon Valley - Serre Chevalier. The gaming casino is around the corner. The ESF and the ski/snowboard/sledge equipment stores are located on the ground floor of the building.
The accommodation is located on the 4th floor of a quiet building with 4 apartments on the landing and a lift.
It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen as follows:
