### Cozy Studio Near Briançon Center and Ski Lift

Located 150m from the town center and shops and just 250m from the Prorel cable car (access footbridge 150m away), the Central Parc residence is in the heart of Briançon, a stone's throw from the weekly market.  
  
This 25m² vacation studio is on the 3rd floor of the residence with an elevator. It includes a small entrance leading to the bathroom with shower and toilet, and a main room with a double sofa bed and a 140x190 cm double bed with views of the parking lot and the mountains.  
Free parking is available in front of the residence (limited spaces) or paid underground parking is available 100m away.  
  
Benefits of this rental: Ideally located between the town center and the cable car departure point.  
Cleaning not included.
