"Wonderful vacation spot. The apartment was large, clean, close to the lake. Perfect spot to walk around the lake, walk to shops and restaurants and coffee spots. Right across from Olympic rinks and museum. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to laundry room was great. Driving to hiking trailheads was easy and quick from this location "

"The property was very well appointed and maintained. Our suite was very nice, quiet and comfortable. We did not have a chance to try the hotel restaurant, although it looked very nice and had an appealing menu. The rooftop bar had many lounge chairs snd tables with seating, all of which offered a spectacular panoramic view of Main Street, Lake Placid and Mirror Lake. The hotel could greatly increase the foot traffic of the fabulous venue if they expanded their drinks menu which is limited, and offered small plate appetizers in addition to drinks. More experienced bartenders would also be a boost...the Apperol Spritz drink that I had that cost $17 had was undrinkable."

"Clean and very large room, comfy beds, the layout of the property made it feel like a very private stay. Great AC and a private balcony. We stayed in the back building with a view of the mountains and the pool, and we never heard a single noise or saw any other guests besides in the lobby area, felt very private. Very close walk to the downtown/main street area, little bit of hills in the walk but only took about 10 minutes to get to the stores. If I ever come back to Lake Placid would definitely stay here again!"
